Truganina Park

Brief:

To design a building to house a public toilet in a new urban park

Design Constraints:

Providing a design to suit and compliment the already designed urban park.

Design Resolution:

The building was designed to replicate the curves and circles in the park design, rustic materials were used as a homage to more rural Australian architecture, the mesh shadowline between the walls and roof offer a floating feel to the roof form as well as allows natural ventilation to the internal space. A splash of vibrant colour internally provides a contracts tot he shiny metal clad exterior.

Floor Area (excl. decks/terraces): 10
