Brief:

Our client, who had a builder, asked us to help them change areas of the family home of their current needs.

Design Constraints:

We were looking to minimize the changes to the house, yet improving the areas the client felt did not work.

Design Resolution:

Working closely with the builder and client we renovated the laundry, turned the existing garage into a pool house and change room, as well as designed a new carport to the side of the house.
